Our engineering capability spans principal, senior, intermediate and graduate levels, providing strong technical leadership supported by detailed design and analysis capability. This structure ensures experienced oversight on complex decisions, while enabling efficient delivery of calculations, modelling and documentation.

Engineers bring experience across civil and transport infrastructure, applying robust engineering judgement, regional understanding and constructability-focused thinking to deliver compliant, buildable solutions.

Design Capacity.

Our design capability provides the technical backbone for clear, coordinated and construction-ready documentation. With experience ranging from principal and senior designers through to cadet designers, the team delivers detailed design development, drafting and documentation that supports efficient approvals and construction processes.

Designers work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs are accurate, well coordinated and aligned with project intent, site conditions and staging requirements.

Project Management Capacity.

Our project management capability supports projects from early planning through to delivery and close-out. With experience across director, senior and project management roles, supported by graduate project managers and administrators, the team provides structured governance, programme control and stakeholder coordination.

This depth allows projects to be resourced appropriately while maintaining consistent oversight, effective risk management and clear communication throughout delivery.

Digital Engineering Capacity.

Our digital engineering capability adds significant value to the way projects are planned, designed and communicated. Through digital advisory and production roles, the team supports 3D modelling, visualisation and coordination of complex engineering designs.

This capability helps clients, stakeholders and delivery teams better understand design intent, identify interfaces early and reduce risk during construction. Digital engineering also enhances collaboration across disciplines and improves the clarity and quality of project information.
