Megan is responsible for the financial integrity and governance of the business, providing clear insight to support confident decision-making. Megan leads budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring strong financial discipline and transparency.

Megan provides commercial oversight across contracts, pricing, insurance, and risk, and works closely with the Managing Director and senior leaders to support sustainable growth. Megan also oversees corporate services, including human resources and administration, contributing to the effective operation of the business.
