Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

Byrne delivered the engineering services for this project including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, site grading to-compliant external levels, external carpark and pedestrian pavement design, erosion and sediment control, bill of quantities and cost estimating, civil technical specifications, and construction phase services encompassing supervision and certifications.

Richardson Park Redevelopment.

Byrne delivered full civil design and construction support including authority liaison, survey and geotech, environmental and heritage considerations, 3D modelling, detailed design of civil and services, landscape coordination, project costings and schedules, safety in design and road safety audit, plus construction documentation and support.

Henbury Schools Project.

Byrne navigated complex access and mobility regulations for children, applying best-practice standards. Detailed stormwater analysis enabled offsite discharge without onsite detention. During construction, we resolved conflicts with asbestos sewer and high-voltage services through alternative design minimising relocations, community disruption.

NT Cotton Gin Project.

Byrne led planning, design, and construction support for the first cotton processing gin in the NT at Edith. We delivered surveys, geotechnical investigations, detailed road, stormwater, electrical and lighting design, 3D modelling, project scheduling, contract documentation, safety and road audits, erosion control planning, and construction services.

John Stokes Square Redevelopment.

Byrne successfully led a multi-disciplinary engineering and design team to deliver the project within tight timeframes, navigating and resolving numerous stakeholder conflicts through effective negotiation. The project successfully transformed a brownfield site into a vibrant mixed-use development.
