The Company

This well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy. We are known for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services, our work includes urban and regional land development, housing and civil infrastructure for private and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the detailed design, documentation and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments and general civil engineering.

Key Skills & Attributes

You will ideally have:

• Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 10 to 20 years of consultancy design experience
• Understanding of Austroads and relevant standards
• Extensive experience with 12D Model and AutoCAD
• Strong experience in the design of subdivisions, roads, hydraulics and earthworks
• Ability to undertake designs, manage projects and a small design team
• Ability to lead and coach designers and drafters
• Ability to work with limited direction
