The Company
This well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering and design consultancy. We are known for delivering high-quality engineering and
project management services, our work includes urban and regional land development, housing and civil infrastructure for private and public
sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will take on project management and engineering responsibilities, you will lead the design process, provide technical support and coach your team. The key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching team members
- Maintaining existing and building new client relationships
- Design and documentation of roads, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics and earthworks
- Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs
- Timely and budget-conscious project delivery
Key Skills & Attributes
You will ideally have:
- A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Australia)
- 10-20 years of engineering experience
- Familiarity with Austroads and relevant standards
- Experience in geometric design and modelling
- Strong experience in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage and earthworks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proactive approach to coaching and team management
