Civil Consultant responsible for design and documentation of the subdivision and all services. Byrne Consultants was responsible for the design, documentation, approvals and construction certification of the subdivision.
After assessing the existing infrastructure, it was decided that existing services were unusable and would be abandoned. This required the complete redesign of site infrastructure for 97 lots. Byrne Consultants’ role included the re-grading of the site, upgrading of storm water drainage, Sewer Reticulation, Sewer pump station and Water Reticulation to current PWC standards.
